據ESPN洛杉磯站記者 Ramona Shelburne 撰文表示,有熟悉情況的消息人士告訴ESPN,湖
人隊球星Kobe Bryant已經允許可以進行跑步和投籃訓練,在結束一段較短的家庭歐洲遊
以後,Kobe將於下周正式開始為期6個月的、有強度的訓練計畫。
最近幾周,Kobe的活動等級已經有了提升,他的左膝蓋傷勢(當地時間12月17日的時候受
傷)也在慢慢康復。消息來源表示,在歐洲的時候,Kobe還會前往德國的一家診室,以檢
查自己的膝蓋情況,這也是他以前接受過膝蓋治療的地方,這次檢查也是為了確定Kobe是
否可以完全恢復自己的高訓練強度的一次檢查。
在此之前,Kobe已經很少隨隊出征或者出現在公眾的視野中,為的就是更好地康復,他也
在當地時間4月16日的時候對這個糟糕的賽季發表了看法。
“糟糕的賽季,見鬼去吧,#健忘症,下個賽季會是史詩級的。” Kobe在自己的推特上寫
到。
另外據洛杉磯時報報導,Kobe已經在當地時間週三(當地時間4月16日)的時候去了法國。
據訊息源表示,Kobe計畫在本週末的時候回到洛杉磯,然後開始有強度的訓練計畫,並計
畫在10月份的訓練營開始時完全康復。
