[心得] 傷心健身房消失
第一次在板上發文請多海諒
今年34歲,跟前妻分居一年後在今年3月離異,傷心又沒目標下加入健身房並請了私人教練,以前都沒有運動的習慣,一開始跑步30分鐘真的挺要人命的
工作是下班準時走,平日下班跟假日幾乎都會到健身房跑步跟重訓,就算加班下班已經20點也會去踩滑步機30分鐘
剛加入健身房量體脂33,給教練帶跟自主訓練約2個月後量測體脂24,身高170公分體重80kg降到76kg,腰圍34縮到30,這是實際看到的
營養補充有乳清、BCAA、肌酸,戒掉喜歡的油炸食物跟餅乾,每天早餐只吃3顆蛋,中午任意吃,晚餐蔬菜跟雞胸肉,雖然基礎代謝1500左右,但我都盡量不吃到1500
健身房都是用機械器材,哪裡不足就先練哪裡,組間休息不滑手機,盡量短時間做完,重量一開始都調自己可以負荷再高一點,之後再慢慢降,就算看到正妹走過去,再看看自己的肚子,還是多努力多做幾下
我一點都不在意別人看我做幾下做多少重量,我盡力並且量力去達到我想要達到的目標,我某位朋友就是太在意練大腿內外側時有人去看他那邊 妳是不會看回去嗎?
現在重心放在工作跟健身,但是我一點都不快樂,同事都還不知道我已經離異,我卻要假裝我在婚,實在找不到一個機會講出來,難過的時候就去健身房運動流汗忘記,覺得健身房反而變成我一個可以逃避的地方
