[問題] 有可能上斜&平胸&下斜排在同一天練嗎?
每次上斜跟平胸8RM各做個5、6組三頭就幾乎沒任何力氣了
連要舉起啞鈴都有點困難
但我看有些人卻可以把這三項都排在同一天
這樣效率不會差嗎...三頭真的這麼有耐力?
