[問題] 增肌困難,體重聞風不動
不知道是不是體質改變,現在增肌期體重聞風不動,一直停留在75.1,吃超過增肌的TDEE3500了還是沒動,每天吃得很累,這算是我的第一個正式的增肌期。
之前花了八個月都在減脂,體重98→75,體脂33→13,現在情況蠻尷尬的,體重沒變等於沒有增肌到,肚子看起來有變油的跡象,這樣繼續吃下去我怕會是掉肌肉增體脂。
該如何走下一步呢?
PS.我終於了解為什麼說"不想練太壯"會被砲了....

增肌大概兩個月了,訓練量跟之前差不多,一個禮拜去4-5次健身房,一次大約1-2小時,唯一的改變是減脂期腳練比較多,增肌期腳比較少,時間分給上半身小肌群
