[問題] 怎麼讓引體向上突破
大概四五月的時候在迪卡儂買了這台練引體向上

先練反手再練正手
但是到七下就卡關
大概兩三個月前發現這個還可以練雙槓臂曲伸,發現滿有效的,可以感覺到背肌出力
剛剛把肩膀往後撐發現好像背肌真的有出來一點

但是體向上還是卡關在七下半
有點困擾
請問大家引體向上是怎麼突破的?
