[問題] 窄握臥推 RDL 農夫走路等輔助訓練
各位三項破千的巨巨大家好
因為三項練久了
重量卡關
想說改一下訓練菜單
換成輔助動作
臥推→窄握 上斜 肩推
硬舉→RDL 划船
背蹲舉→前蹲
目前健身房沒有空間做農夫走路,但還是問一下
關於這些輔助動作訓練
重量該怎麼抓比較好啊
版上有相關經驗的巨巨可以分享一下嗎?
因為好像很少人講到這些
