[閒聊] 原來運動飲料有果糖
大家都知道高果糖糖漿 果糖
對減肥/脂的人不好
更容易促成脂肪合成
而運動後補充運動飲料是很常做的事
又涼又爽又解渴 順便補充電解質
可是剛剛跑完一小時喝動x素時
無意轉過來看成分
