[問題] 箱上深蹲?
無意間在臉書上滑到,有女生在練習大重量的深蹲(接近她自身體重兩倍),但比較特別
的是,影片中她採用的方式是,在下方放一個椅子,深蹲下去再起來,截圖如下

但一般認知的深蹲,都是希望能越深越好,至少讓屁股能平行膝蓋,如果是那樣的蹲法,
運動行程不就只有一半甚至更少嗎?而且感覺在下方啟動那瞬間,因為坐著的角度,腰部
負擔感覺好大,有大大試過,或看過這種練法嗎?
是不是對肌肉有什麼不同刺激,或是其他好處?
Ps.有教練在帶她做這種動作,所以想請益一下
