[問題] 練腿但不易傷膝蓋的動作?
目前健身約七八個月
練腿的動作中我挺喜歡深蹲的
曾經給教練看過動作,他說我姿勢蠻正確的
但是深蹲完膝蓋都會熱熱的,不知道是否正常
有時候練完腿隔天或兩三天後,膝蓋會不舒服
想請問各位這是什麼原因呢? (我沒有護膝)
有沒有可以練腿但又比較不會傷到膝蓋的動作?
