[建議] 求幫看深蹲姿勢
各位巨巨,大家好
小弟170/63
自認深蹲姿勢還算標準,脊柱有中立、重心放後面,做起來無不適。
但最近在照課表做,起來的時候總覺得一隻腳比較出力,然後下背也比之前有出力的感覺。
不知道是不是姿勢跑掉了,求各位善心巨巨幫指教
