[問題] 大家都分段攝取乳清還是一次性
我個人重訓前一小時會攝取90g的乳清
因為BCAA跟乳清的酐糖讓我感覺比較有力氣,組跟組之間的休息時間也感覺減少
重訓約一個多小時結束後在喝有糖豆漿
沒有在補充乳清,就靠三餐的食物來補充蛋白質了,我體重70KG有重訓約攝取140g蛋白質
所以重訓前到重訓後這段時間約補充115g的蛋白質請問這樣可以嗎??
雖然很多說法都是說重訓後30分內補充最好,但通常我重訓完會覺得疲累也完全沒味口吃
不下…不知各位大大們會不會也這樣還是你們重訓完味口很好??
