小弟我接觸健身大約有四年之久
曾經是九十幾公斤的小胖胖
現在稍稍有些小成就
感謝一路逼著我成長的台大真強者邱仁政、賣肝實習醫生的比利、跳躍力聖經版主Andy
一年前Intern時因為繁忙作息不正常
體重掉到生涯新低71KG
臥推70KG 蹲舉100KG 硬舉80KG
畢業後讀了許多文章和經驗分享
決定增重到85KG加上肌力課表
去年十月 三項來到生涯新高
臥推105KG 蹲舉170KG 硬舉200KG
因為增重後實在太油
所以開始減重
使用一些低碳飲食加上間歇式斷食
正常補充一些蛋白質 BCAA 肌酸 維他命等
體重又降到77KG左右
目前三項成績五個月來都持平無法有更多突破
想請教有玩健力版友如何在緩慢減重的過程中能有成績上的突破
因為自己想降到74-KG去比健力比賽
#該deload也deload了
#裝備也都上了
#許多輔助訓練也試過了
#4x4 5x5 8x8也都嘗試了
#大概就是姿勢太爛了
