[問題] 跟深蹲一樣高C/P值得動作?
各位版大好:
小弟幾年前上了一陣子健身房,
後面就荒廢變回胖子原形了,
近一年重返運動生活,
現在一星期去健身房兩到三次,
稍微有點效果出來了,
以前都是器材做一做就結束了,
最近爬文才知道有些動作的效果效率都很好,
例如深蹲,
對核心肌群和腿都不錯,
請問各位版大,
對於胸部、腹部和背部,
有什麼不可錯過的必做訓練方式呢?
