[問題] 健身新手 飲食和運動菜單
各位巨巨們
小弟剛接觸健身ㄧ個月
目前情況
早餐偶爾吃
午晚會把今天的基代吃回來
不碰飲料.油炸
可能水喝不夠
肚子有比前一個月小ㄧ时
ㄧ個禮拜2次有氧
有時會選擇上2次團課
4天重訓
問題來了
1.我現在是採大肌群
胸背腿 2天腿 1胸 1背
好像說 肌肉要破壞才會生長
如果連兩天去 但強度不強可以嗎 還是要休息?
2.要怎樣腹肌才能快點出來
