[問題] 開刀休養怎麼維持肉量?
版上各位Ecup、各位巨巨好,
小弟一隻腳膝蓋下星期要開前十字韌帶重建手術,
(去年八月中斷,當時沒發現,今年五月換醫生才發現,11月決定開刀)
預計有3個月都不能練腿,能不能去健身房還是未知數。
醫生有特別威脅我不准自己去健身房亂作重訓復健,尤其是前三個月= =|||
(不能練深蹲我好難過啊,好不容易重訓有點成果QQ...)
由於不想輕易讓之前訓練的成果白白流失,
休養期間應該還是會加減練上半身,但強度應該不強(家裡只有啞鈴)
請問版上各位巨巨,像這樣休養期間訓練量不足
想儘量維持肉量體態,總熱量要維持還是增減?
飲食蛋白質的比例是否需要調整?或是維持之前的飲食習慣即可?
