[問題] 請問練完肌肉越硬代表訓練強度越夠嗎
昨天去問了私人教練課程
教練強調經過他們的訓練安排可以讓肌肉完全變超硬
而且練完一天痠痛個三天
完全力竭一下都做不起來
但是我自主練習之下
常常每組做到力竭
做四、五組做完也沒有像他說的那麼誇張
請問是我自己的訓練強度不夠嗎?
後來也因為預算考量所以作罷
