[問題] 槓鈴.啞鈴臥推已刪文
健身到現在也快1年了,一開始臥推是從啞鈴起步的,練到前兩個月轉成槓鈴,發現胸部
明顯比較有肉!
好啦!其實是想問問各位有沒有人一個禮拜一次啞鈴一次槓鈴的呢?或是啞鈴一段時間在
轉槓鈴!
