[問題] 硬舉時小腿的保護
標題這樣留言應該不會戰硬舉了吧(抖
每次硬舉總是膝蓋瘀青脛骨疼痛覺得燃燒破皮流血樣樣來
穿件棉長褲應該就能阻止上述情況發生
但是練腿日穿長褲沒有穿短褲來的自在啊
想請問各位穿短褲練硬舉時能有甚麼好的保護措施嗎
目前想到就是足球長襪加護膝這樣
