[閒聊]懶人健身法的可行性?只重鍛鍊,不控制熱
增肌 : 足夠量的訓練 + 蛋白質 + 攝取熱量大於消耗
減脂 : 足夠量的訓練 + 蛋白質 + 攝取熱量小於消耗
那照道理說:
只要有足夠量的訓練 + 蛋白質 ,不用管當天怎麼吃,
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
吃得太多就變成偏向增肌,吃得太少就會偏向減脂。
雖然說效率差了一點,但是對身體來說都是正向的。
所以懶人訓練法,根本就不用控制熱量,努力鍛鍊加上吃足蛋白質。
這種不控制熱量的長期訓練法,理論上可行,實際上有漏掉什麼缺點嗎?
