[問題] 不確定要不要轉健身房消失
大家好~
這裡是虱目魚 (:3 )≡~
一直以來都是做tabata或是跑跑步來維持身體健康,
前幾個月開始看了很多文章跟影片想要雕塑身材,
但是一直未果。
也不太確定是不是動作不正確,
常常做到某些部位疼痛,
爬了板上很久也讀了一些健身房的心得,
不管是會費問題、要不要找教練、或是練核心肌群相關問題都感覺和在一起做撒尿牛丸

所以這裡想要請各位先進幫忙解惑:
1. 如果要讓身體曲線比較好看真的需要上健身房嗎?
2. 報了健身房之後一定要找教練嗎?
3. 對健身房入門者想要雕塑身材的會建議做些什麼?
p.s. 目前在考慮九如健工,徵求好捧友指點迷津迷途的虱目羊(*ˇωˇ*人)
