[閒聊] 生酮line群交流
生酮飲食對於健身來說是一種飲食的選擇
更多人用在減脂期,增肌期就增加碳水的攝取
也有些人採用碳水循環,每週一天完整的補碳日
生酮飲食最初是用在醫療上面,如治療小朋友的癲癇
後來也被應用在治療糖尿病、癌症、甚至失智症上面
不過都還是算一種治療可能性,大規模的實證研究尚未發表出來
有些個案因此而改善病情,也有些個案沒有改善
就我而言生酮對我最大的影響 就是讓我變瘦很多
之前一直以為要瘦就是少吃多動。但因為身體有許多舊傷
所以大重量、密集的重訓無法執行,一度以為要瘦非常非常難而灰心
但執行生酮飲食也快三個月,75-> 68kg讓我感受獲益良多
但仍然有非常多人對生酮有非常不友善的看法與迷思
所以我想開個line群,以後大家想交流的人可以來這邊分享討論
也減少在這邊引起不必要的攻擊與嘲諷,謝謝各位的指導。
