[問題] 腰帶-深蹲
各位巨巨安呀~小弟最近購入一條負重腰帶,號稱附加一般保護腰帶的功能~當然,和專
門的深蹲硬舉腰帶應該是不能比,只是我從沒在深蹲時使用過腰帶,主要是目前重量和巨
巨們的破百公斤還有段不小差距,好奇之下今天練蹲舉時就試著使用,一蹲…奇怪,真的
覺得比較省力,仔細感覺之下,覺得腰部負擔少了相當多,更能專注在腿部施力的感覺…
,同樣重量有腰帶時約可多蹲個兩下…
請教巨巨們: 1. 腰帶對深蹲的表現真的有這樣的幫助嗎?還是說這只是小弟弟的心理
作用?? 2. 如果像小弟目前距離破百公斤還有段距離就開始使用腰帶,會不會有什麼
缺點??
