[問題] 蔬菜中的碳水化合物居然意外地高
之前減肥一直用大量蔬菜填飽肚子。
不過最近開始進行低碳高蛋白的飲食,
希望之後可以朝生酮邁進。
只是我一直以為蔬菜是無害的東西,吃到漲無所謂,最近卻發現青菜的碳水還滿高的。
也就是我之前狂吃青菜的作法是錯的,還是應該以肉類主。
反而起司、蛋、之類的碳水都還比較少。
身為一個剛開始健身減肥的小妹,不知道能不能放菜呢?
