[心得] 硬舉觀念

deadlift: a lift in weight lifting in which the weight is lifted from
the floor to hip level。
簡單講
硬舉就是將地上重物抬起至髖部
首先 你一定要先接近重物,愈近愈好。
這也是為何槓要貼近小腿骨
再來 你一定是要彎腰下去拉
可是你想也知,重的東西彎腰下去一定拉不動
所以你要整個蹲下,借助腿力,將重物抬起來
手只不過是維持、輔助、力量傳輸的工具。
蹲下,背部就會傾斜,傾斜就會產生力矩,所以背必須要花很大的力量
去撐直、去對抗重物對背所產生的力矩
但真正將重物抬起的最主要發力是腿!
腿也是身體最大肌力群,前後腿、包括臀大肌
當物體被抬起後,背的角度會愈來愈直,這樣力矩也就愈來愈減輕
背受力最大就是剛開始有傾斜角的時候,也所以為什麼之前那位帥哥
說腰疼痛,大家給的建議就是屁股蹲低一點。
屁股低,背部也才比較直立,力矩也就小一點。
你如果是蹺屁股,你背部受的力量會很驚人,十幾公斤就可能讓你腰部拉傷
為什麼我之前會說硬舉跟深蹲類似
因為都是將重物由低的位置抬高
只是深蹲重物在背上,背的傾斜角可以比較直一點,背的受力矩可低於硬舉
力量主要都由腿部發力。而深蹲比較辛苦的是平衡的問題。
因為重物抬的更高,重心更高,所以需要花很大的力量去平衡住。
而硬舉重物在地上,重心也低的多,所以花在平衡的力量比深蹲少
只是硬舉手往下拉物體,勢必讓背產生比深蹲更大的傾斜角
所以有很大的力量是要靠背來出力,同時啟動還要靠最主要的腿力來發動
所以硬舉是最吃核心、髖部發力的協調與平衡。
你必須要練習,hip hinge下背與腿肌,如何分配力量去讓重物抬起
腿用力、背無力,變成蹺屁股
腿不用力、用背去拉,也拉不動,不然就是背爆掉
我寫這篇,目的就是想讓大家了解硬舉的基本觀念
那就是 將地上重物抬起
去理解如何才能將地上重物抬起的人體力學邏輯
你才更可能去找到最安全、最適合自己的發力方式
不是單純去模仿或是去死背一些動作格言而已
