[問題] 停練後要怎麼吃,肌肉才不會少?
各巨巨好,
本魯原先是一週練六天,
但上班旺季,只能一週至少練三天,
本想說就少吃一點,吃更純,可是量了之後發現我的肌肌掉2公斤QQ,
可是照一週練六天的吃法,體重會上升,
請問有沒有吃少肌肉不掉的方法?還是說原本就會掉?
還是我要吃低熱量的乳清,以補我蛋白質的不足?
