[心得] Squat 100kg 30下
最近很夯地在討論練不練腿,
我只能說 It's up to you!
不練腿你不能享受猶如身處地獄的感覺......
對於意志力也是種強大的考驗,
想要均衡發展,
上下半身的比例真的很重要......
(除非是因為職業的考量
因為自己也知道腳對我來說是弱項,
因此我也不逃避每週兩次的leg day,
雖然進步有限(對於健美的眼光來說,
但是練就對了!
