[問題] 體態改變了 但重量上不去
各位好
重訓後體態真的進步了蠻多
可是重量 幾乎都沒辦法往上
像是 二頭槓鈴彎舉
最初訓練時 含槓20kg
現在210天了 含槓才25kg
啞鈴肩推也是單邊15kg上不去
上面都是12rm 4組
雖然還是有被朋友稱讚很開心
但重量都上不去蠻沮喪的
對了 我是徒手550天後才接觸重訓
目前180 78 這種重量是不是真的很差

請問多關節是深蹲硬舉之類的嘛
我有練深蹲 但在外租房 在家自己練

出去慶生回來看到好多回覆
看來我真的是有重量迷思
原來小肌群 不用那麼追求重量
不過感受度我有把握好
每次練完都很飽滿的感覺 真的很舒服
多關節除了硬舉我都會繼續努力
硬舉...就等大學上健身房吧
不然怕把房東地板弄碎了
