[問題] 腹肌多久不練會消?
如題
最近因爲長期姿勢不良 坐姿不正確導致肩膀肌腱炎越來越嚴重
之前都是忍痛硬練(我真的太傻)
也就是說小弟我有了腹肌卻傷了身體
因為肌腱炎已經一年多了
所以必須復健兩三個月 所以腹肌大概也要休這麼長一段時間
以前是每天練 除非腹肌很痠很痠才會休息
之前一段時間偷懶不練 就都消下去了
後來用某個訓練法後三個月效果極好就又回來了(大家不喜歡我就改掉了)
大概這樣(小弟很瘦 傷眼抱歉)

現在我想要認真把背傷的問題弄好
但還蠻擔心之前的努力會全部化為烏有的
我體脂大概14.3左右(康是美量的)
想問問板上前輩有沒有休息鍛鍊腹肌消失的經驗

因為我練腹肌的時候脖子會出到力,肩膀也會出到力,會痛,再加上平常上課作姿不良
包刮上次用仰臥起坐板脖子肩膀依然會出到力!

我是不擔心我體脂升高而造成腹肌消失,因為我平常都有在控制熱量的攝取
我是在擔心如大大您所說的用進廢退,就是不練之後原本大塊的腹肌會變小變不明顯!
