[問題] 胸推要進步的話 要把手臂訓練加進嗎
小弟現在的菜單是
胸、背、腿 一個禮拜兩次循環
運動五或六天 偶爾時間多在排個肩膀訓練
想問下 如果胸部 臥推想進步
是不是真的也要把手臂訓練給排進 !?
之前在某個教練視屏有提到 如果有練手 胸會進步的快些

之前看到某版友 建議一個禮拜最好有兩次訓練在大肌群上
如果排手進去 時間就不夠了QQ
