[問題] 超新手的基礎問題
不好意思新手爬文有些看不懂,想請問一下
(1)就是在使用器材時
是要拉到全滿,然後收回來的時候不放到底
再拉回去嗎? 不知道一組x12次的意思是不是這樣的意思?
然後中間不能停
然後如果真的做不到x12次,中間是否可以先休息個一兩秒再繼續?
(2)以及如果沒力氣全部拉滿,拉個意思意思那種算不算一次
(3)如果拉不動,是不是要減輕重量?(已經在1.5~2.5 kg了。。)
(4)然後我去了幾次有氧教室,都是譬如BODYJAM、舞蹈之類的
我感覺我都沒出汗,是不是我跳的不夠認真呀
雖然我笨手笨腳,但台上老師做什麼我也都跟著做了
(5)然後,有氧教室如果冷氣開太大是否更傷身
(6)一般健身完要洗澡再回家嗎?不知道哪個對身體比較好
(7)我還挺想像是跑步跑很累得那樣出汗,但不知道要做什麼好
又不太喜歡在健身房跑跑步機(跑步我習慣在室外)
(8)爬文飛輪課好像很多人推,但我不太懂跟腳踏車差在哪
想去試看看,新手第一次去直接騎可以嗎?
不好意思怕受傷還是想再問一下
想先把基礎知識打好
