算好了嗎?想好了嗎?誰來告訴我健美各部位'訓練量'怎麼算?
一個外行新手來練健美,如果只做一組squat,
不到一分鐘就做完,心理想:好像不太夠耶!
如果要他做1000組squat,任何人都會想:這樣是要累死,我不要!
做太少怕無效,做太多怕累死,
聰明的你知道做到剛好,有練到就好,怎樣才算有練到?
呵呵,這問題對經驗老手如小沼敏雄,黃阿文,jay cutler都不是問題,
不是嗎?要不然他們如何練20年,40年?那巨大成果不是在你眼前?
他們會吃,會練,就是不會去算'訓練量',不必要嘛!
而且沒人算'訓練量'是通例,你要搞創新算'訓練量'可以,
這樣說來你那麼聰明先進科學會算,他們笨笨土法落後不會算,
那你應該練的比他們大?有嗎?
你如果是自然組,比得過小沼敏雄,黃阿文?
你如果是用藥組,比得過jay cutler,phil heath?
比都不用比啦!
尤其一些人以算'訓練量'為基礎,不曉得怎們推論
'把休息時間拉長到n分鐘,多加5公斤10公斤...增加訓練量'
'300*10比100*10大3倍,所以做300*10比較划算'
這種奇怪東西在健美內行人看來簡直荒謬可笑。
題外話,有人說jay cutler,ronnie coleman這些人藥罐子,
沒什麼了不起,是嗎?你有沒有想過人家可是用藥界千萬人中脫穎而出,
健美練功也一定是了得的好不好!
事實上,jay cutler,ronnie coleman等人在未用藥前,
也是有一段自然健美歲月,那自然的成果你也是沒得比!
