[問題] 重訓和器材選擇?
有作簡單在家徒手重訓
深蹲、原地高抬膝、棒式、捲腹、開合跳,大約都重覆這幾種
天氣好會出去慢跑,重訓就不作(之前雖然有前後做,但跑起來腿很僵硬..)
但天氣不好,單重訓這幾項好像又不夠
之前有做滿4分鐘(很喘的情況),但做完不知要繼續做些什麼好...
考慮說天氣不好前提下,有什麼簡單的器材是可以方便練體力、減脂?
(工作需要體力支撐)
