[問題] 有改善脖子頸部前傾的動作嗎?
練了背部以後讓以前駝背的習慣改善不少,
感覺背部的肌肉不用刻意去挺也能讓身體保持在挺直的狀態
但是脖子還是會習慣性往前伸,
爬文看一下關於脖子的問題大都是在問怎麼讓脖子變粗
練到現在頸部是有比以前粗了,但是體態還是一樣會往前伸
網路上關於復健的文章都是寫放鬆肌肉或是頭抬高下巴內縮這類
但是這種都要稍微分神才有辦法,而且久了姿勢又跑掉了
想問有沒有什麼訓練動作或是哪一條肌肉可以鍛鍊
讓脖子不要前伸自然挺直呢?
