[問題] 我應該先降體脂還是提高肌肉量

小魯我健身了半年
身材跟以前比真的有差
以前身材太差沒自信拍照所以沒有照片
最近健身遇到了瓶頸
線條出不來 身材也卡在目前這樣
上不去 下不來
我是要降體脂 還是維持體脂提高肌肉量?
請各位巨巨幫幫我
