[問題] 乳清使用方法
各位巨巨好,小弟接觸健身差不多半年
最近才開始接觸人生第一罐乳清
不好意思我知道這是月經文
自己也有爬過文,發現方式不盡相同
因為時間沒有很充裕,我的健身是一週三次,分成胸+3頭+腿,背+2頭,肩+2頭+3頭,分這3天
我大概爬了一下有這幾種使用方式,假
設一匙約蛋白質30g
1.
練前一匙,練後一匙,沒有練當天不喝
2.
練前一匙,練後一匙,沒有練當天一匙
3.
練後兩匙,沒有練當天不喝
4.
練後兩匙,沒有練當天一匙
想請教各位一下那種比較合適,謝謝
