[討論] 脂肪吃太少的飲食
最近,有時會嘗試幾天飯配水煮去皮雞胸肉、和一些蔬菜
水果的飲食,而紅肉、或有脂肪的東西幾乎不碰,這樣下來,
減脂的效果是很快,不過感覺能推的重量還有性慾有下降趨勢,
後來吃了ㄧ點其他有脂肪的肉類與海鮮,隔天能推的重量和性慾馬上增加,
這應該是睪固酮的關係。 聽說要分泌睪固酮也需要些油脂,沒想到影響這麼大。
還是要適量攝取一些脂肪啊,大家有經驗嗎?
