[問題] 怎麼改善我的屁股(有附圖)

鍵盤小妹有一個又大又垂的屁股...
3個月前開始練深蹲(徒手,相撲)還會做lunge,平躺抬臀,抬腳提臀)
去健身房也會使用內外夾臀(腿)機,hip abductor?
終於屁股有澎起來了!
不過屁股跟大腿連接處卻好像無法改善...
視覺上感覺有拉垂的效果

請想問大家該怎麼改善呢?
減脂嗎?還是照著原本的方好就好?本身大概體脂29% 冏>
另外,如果從徒手深蹲變啞鈴深蹲是可以讓屁屁練更翹更圓嗎?

本身沒有辦健身房會員,都是去單次的大部分都自己在家裡練
平常會慢跑5-10k
