[問題] 上半身與下半身肌肉比例
最近股四頭受傷,停練了一個禮拜
開始思考自己的上半身跟下半身的肌肉比例
是否有均衡發展?
如果全身多光光來看,軀幹與四肢最先連接到的是上臂跟大腿
以世界之最Jay Culter來講,比例約1:1.5
阿諾更低約1:1.29
而我卻高達1.72,也就是大腿相較於上臂過於發達
自己照鏡子看也覺得上臂相較下半身有點失衡
當然肉量完全不能跟他們相提並論,只是就比例而言指標人物是個大方向
是否應該以這樣的指標為基準?
還是繼續遵循"練就對了"的黃金法則?
因為本身訓練只著重在大肌群,小肌群只有偶爾做兩三個動作讓它充血一下
是否上臂應該要更加強? 最後附圖
