[問題] 已經輕微圓肩的菜單
小弟都平常自己練
直到有一次被一位教練說到自己有圓肩
照鏡子才豁然發現好像真的有一點
看了水肥哥的文章後發現練背也沒用
所以請問各位巨巨菜單該怎排
應該一周三次都練FACE PULL或YTWL
而不練胸跟背了嗎?
