[問題]深蹲姿勢請益
各位巨巨好
經過之前各位巨巨的提點"free weight才是王道" 到30分鐘也要等到自由槓
目前偶爾做大重量深蹲(不加槓80公斤)時會感覺到膝蓋不適
並且在最後大重量深蹲"下背深層"會有借力的感覺

深蹲5rm 90公斤(不加槓)
※額外請問 我爬文看標準槓重20公斤 但網路上有些地方寫17.5公斤
所以到底?
