[問題] 訓練菜單變換-夏冬
希望在明年夏天時 穿衣服有明顯的變壯
想請問以下三種菜單設計的想法何者較正確
一禮拜三天,一天兩個部位
1)
冬天:大肌肉群打好底-(胸.背.腿)*2
夏天:加入較弱的部位-胸.背.腿+上胸+前三角+二三頭
2) 跟1)剛好完全顛倒
冬天:較弱部分加強-胸.背.腿+上胸+前三角+二三頭
夏天:大肌肉群-(胸.背.腿)*2
3)
冬天:(胸.肩.背)*2
夏天:(胸.肩.背)*2

因為像籃球選手或是各式運動員(當然包括健美健身選手)在休賽期 春訓期和賽季期的
菜單都不同,想說不同時期有不同目標,所以應該或有不同菜單。
