[問題] 二頭 彎舉
小弟剛加入健身約三個月,每週2-3次不斷的 胸、背、腿循環。
今天好奇去做了二頭..18kg 15下ok
但第二組剩11下,第三組剩8下...
這是肌耐力不足嗎?要從輕重量開始嗎?
