女生新手重訓拿捏
因為最近去健身房有測了inbody
結果體脂很高(32.2%),但肌肉量卻蠻低的(我那時56公斤肌肉量17.2,比低標還少)
所以那時的教練就有跟我說要以增肌為主,有氧輔助
我自己本身其實進健身房也有打算要做器材
可是最近有疑問的是,我如果要增加一些肌肉一定要做到很累酸到不行嗎?!
因為我才剛碰重訓,不太敢一次力量加太重,怕會受傷
我現在的重量是抓在第一組做20下不是很累,可是多做幾組(我一個動作會做5組)後面
就會感到動作沒辦法做完整,那像我這樣訓練不知道有沒有用?!
加上因為其實沒有累到不行,隔天肌肉也不是很酸痛,那這樣能不能每天做重訓?!
(有看人家說重訓要讓肌肉休息48hr)
