[閒聊] 運動營養學第三版 蛋白質攝取已刪文

偶然間在網路上看到一篇,版上已經討論到爛的
蛋白質種類分享,但讓我感到比較訝異的地方舉例像是
一碗飯(普遍定義280大卡熱量),華格那出版的運動營養學
標示一碗飯竟有8g蛋白質,其餘像是雞胸肉30g有7g
蛋白質,但一直以來我都是認為是煮"熟"的重量,
沒想到卻是(可食部分生重),曾經試過100g生雞胸肉
煮熟大概只會剩80g沒記錯的話(量非常少),照這標示來看一天
靠天然食物攝取自己一天所需蛋白質,好像也不會那貴,那麼困難了!?
