練習半年成果及請益
上面兩張照片是相隔約五個月的差異
自己感覺到有差
可是目前感覺停在ㄧ個好像進步不了的階段
體重約從53-66
目標是70公斤
目前菜單爲
A back bicep
B leg + shoulder (肩膀有時會偷懶)
C Chest tricep
ㄧ個禮拜去三到四次
想請問ㄧ下版友 如果遇到停滯的狀況 有什麼方法可以解決?
例如:加大重量?改變飲食?換菜單?繼續苦練?練新動作?
