[問題] 上午健身晚上吃大餐,健身效果如何?
我上午十時~十二時健身
午餐少量約半碗飯、青菜
晚餐六點去西餐廳吃套餐
還沒吃所以說不準
是吃一小時半的,量很多
請問這些營養上午健身的吸收效果如何呢?

謝謝各位提供意見!我把健身改到下午了
練完四點半,晚餐六點四十五分開始進食
感覺好像有效果!隔天早晨肌肉感到舒服
吃西餐是因為我這天生日啦~其實我平常都儘量回家吃飯喔
