[問題] 請教金字塔胸型如何改善
各位版上巨巨們
小弱有個長期的困擾就是胸的形狀有點像金字塔凸出(找不到更好的形容)
不管我怎麼做胸部鍛鍊或有氧胸形都未見改善
想說是不是我的訓練方式有問題:
史密斯槓鈴臥舉(窄握寬握)、啞鈴臥舉、蝴蝶機等等
麻煩有相關經驗的朋友指點一下!
