教練說每天練一樣的,正常嗎?
看了板上很多文章都寫要讓肌肉休息,
不能每天練一樣的。
最近女友加入健身房,買了教練課
教練排菜單給她,
結果每天都練一樣的
菜單:
伏地挺身、自體體重深蹲、仰臥起坐
動作一次20下,各6組
最後棒式
練兩天一樣的休一天,
請問這樣課表是ok的嗎

一開始是我帶她練,但後來因為因為有免費體驗的教練課
對方知道我帶她的練法後,說這樣練的方式是男生的練法(?)
說最後會變壯(??)
我是想說不長肌肉那要練甚麼..
但因為自己也才練兩年覺得自己還是新手
心想或許有我不知道的知識?或許女生的課表真的不太一樣?
就讓女友去買個幾堂上看看了QQ"
