[問題] 到底澱粉該怎麼吃
如題
well,我查了些資料
澱粉是身體能量來源,也是消耗的熱量主要來源
可是有些說法,食用太多澱粉類食物,會容易屯積體脂肪
Fitness版甚至有許多減量食用澱粉的概念。澱粉類食物會提昇血糖,然後胰島素...
所以,關於澱粉類的觀念是??
