[討論] 練好幾年練到很煩該怎麼調適?
練了十幾年
肌肉有長得還不錯 ^^"
可是練著練著
還是很規律固定去練
而且練得很累
所以還是維持得很不錯 ^___^/"
可速.. 可速..
可速心裡面覺得越來越無力 > <"
如果不練的話 又捨不得肌肉慢慢消下去 @__@"
如果一個人練了五年八年十年十二年
蘭後覺得重量訓練有點煩捏 ) :
有沒有什麼調適的....心靈指導?? =__="
老實講練了n年有時候潔得..潔得.....培養肌肉有點無聊耶
怎麼再出發呢??
